Refund Policy

Hernandez Metal Roof values transparency and fairness with every customer. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Deposits

Deposits are required to secure scheduling and order materials.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled, as materials are custom-ordered for each project.

Cancellations

  • If a customer cancels before materials are ordered, a refund may be issued minus any administrative, inspection, or service fees already incurred.

  • If a customer cancels after materials have been ordered, the customer is responsible for material costs, delivery charges, and any restocking or supplier fees.

  • If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the scheduled start date, additional charges may apply.

  • If work has already begun, no refunds will be issued for completed labor.

Materials

All materials used are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, not Hernandez Metal Roof. Manufacturer warranties vary by product and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. We will provide warranty documentation and assist customers with the claims process when needed.

Labor & Workmanship

Hernandez Metal Roof provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on labor from the date of project completion. This warranty covers installation-related issues only and does not cover damage caused by weather events, structural movement, lack of maintenance, or third-party modifications.

Scheduling & Delays

Project schedules are subject to material availability, weather conditions, and site conditions. Delays do not qualify for refunds.

Policy Updates

Hernandez Metal Roof reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of contract signing will apply to each project.
