Hernandez Metal Roof values transparency and fairness with every customer. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.
Deposits
Deposits are required to secure scheduling and order materials.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled, as materials are custom-ordered for each project.
Cancellations

If a customer cancels before materials are ordered, a refund may be issued minus any administrative, inspection, or service fees already incurred.

If a customer cancels after materials have been ordered, the customer is responsible for material costs, delivery charges, and any restocking or supplier fees.

If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the scheduled start date, additional charges may apply.

If work has already begun, no refunds will be issued for completed labor.
Materials
All materials used are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, not Hernandez Metal Roof. Manufacturer warranties vary by product and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. We will provide warranty documentation and assist customers with the claims process when needed.
